I was 9 when he was born. He came to complete the 'fantastic' four of us, Brea kids. I am pretty sure I owe to him my first exposure to being a mother: I rocked him to sleep, walked him to school and helped him with homework when we moved to the USA.... I have had the privilege to see him grow up into a man, to see him start his own business, and now, to see him venture off on the journey to becoming a husband. I feel more nostalgia than sadness, however, as who he has found to spend the rest of his life with is also a sister to me. Her heart is as absolutely stunning and bright as her smile and beautiful outer core. For once, or twice, in my lifetime, the words fail me. So, I'll let my art do the singing for me. I hope I've done justice to what your love means to one another and to how very blessed I feel to have you in my life. Guys, you are loved!
